Service Description
In this telephone consultation, we will have a conversation about the required documents needed in order to book a visit with your loved one. By the end of this call you will be registered with the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections and ready for your in person visit with your loved one.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel a ride without a fee if you do so within 24 hours of the scheduled booking. If you cancel a scheduled ride within 12 hours of the pickup time, and the route has been confirmed, you may be charged a cancellation fee of $10. You can cancel the ride within an hour of the allotted time the fee is $20. If you don't show up within fifteen minutes of your driver arriving, you'll be charged 50% of the cost for the trip.
